Type 907025/61: for wall mounting
Type 907025/63: with probe cable for general applications up to 120°C
Type 907025/64: for process pressures up to 100 bar as well as vacuum applications
Type 907025/65: for high process temperatures up to +180°C
Type 907025/68: for overpressure pipe systems up to 40 bar

These intrinsically safe industrial measured value transducers are developed to meet the requirement of precise and risk-free humidity monitoring in explosive areas.
This series sets completely new standards with regard to installation and user-friendly application. The modular add-on concept consists of four sections that can be separated from each other (wall holder, case bottom, electronic unit and probe) and serves to notably facilitate installation, operation and maintenance. Versatile application possibilities in almost every application are possible in connection with five exchangeable probes.
No re-calibration of the measured value transducer is required when replacing the probes, as all calibration coefficients are stored in the probe's memory and transmitted when connecting to the central unit. Otherwise, the probe designs meet the probe versions of the proven standard industrial series, available with a 2 m, 5 m or 10 m long probe cable. Special sensor head variants are also available that permit use for underpressure and overpressure applications from 0 ... 100 bar as well as high process temperatures of up to 180°C.

These intrinsically safe industrial measured value transducers are the prime selection when it comes to humidity, temperature and derived variables. The measured value transducers are extremely robust and based on the latest sensor technology.
They operate safely and reliably in constant potentially explosive zones of category 1 (zone 0). Thanks to the micro-processor controlled electronics and a large number of options, the measured value tranducers allow highly flexible application. When ordering, the user can directly specify the measured value transducer's configuration.

With the optional software extension, the integrated micro-processor calculates absolute humidity variables, such as dew point Td (°C), absolute humidity a (g / m³), mixing ratio x (g / kg) and wet bulb temperature Tw (°C). As standard, the intrinsically safe measured value transducers are equipped with an analog output (4 ... 20mA). Moreover, a second analog output and an integrated LC display / operating pad can be added as an option.
The connection to the voltage supply (DC 12 ... 28V) must made via externally available protection barriers or intrinsically safe supply units (further pertinent information in the data sheet) when used in explosive areas.
All measured value transducers are equipped with sensors meeting the latest thin film technology, the continuous further development and improvement of which are backed by experience gained over more than 20 years. The sensors are especially distinguished by maximum precision, reliability and stability.
