Kundnytta

  • Process safety
    Parts in contact with the medium are made of stainless steel (optionally with NiMo alloy, from Monel, titanium or PTFE, remote seals used for coating) and offer optimum resistance, even with aggressive media. With a characteristic curve deviation of 0.05%, the measuring instrument is highly precise and offers very high long-term stability of <0.1% per year. In the version with explosion protection "Ex d (explosion-proof enclosure)", the connection can be mounted to Zone 0 and the entire pressure transmitter can be mounted in Zone 1.
  • Uncomplicated and time-saving
    The measuring device can be adjusted reliably and easily with a rotary knob on the instrument or with a convenient setup program.
    The instrument is equipped with both a HART interface and the JUMO interface.
    The rotary knob is operated from the outside and the instrument does not have to be opened. 

  • Flexible
    The measuring instrument can be aligned in any mounting position for optimum readability, configuration and electrical installation.
    Measurement properties can be adapted to all important applications (process pressure, liquid level, flow rate) and ambient conditions with adjustable parameters.

Beskrivning

The JUMO dTRANS p20 DELTA Ex d type differential pressure transmitter with a HART® interface combines maximum precision with simple operation. It is used to measure the differential pressure of gases, vapors and liquids. The integrated LCD shows measurement values and device data.
The explosion-proof differential pressure transmitter can be mounted in Zone 0. The enclosure and sensors are made from high-quality stainless steel. For special applications
of process technology, it is also possible to connect remote seals (see data sheets 409772 to 409784).
The transmitter is programmable, making it readily adaptable to a variety of different measurement tasks. A user-friendly setup program is available as an accessory, for operation via interfaces. A rotary knob ensures highly convenient and fast local, manual operation.
