Platina-chip-temperatursensor med anslutningsklammer enligt DIN EN 60 751, typ PCKL (90.6123)

Platinum chip temperature probes of the PCKL design are based on the same manufacturing process as standard thin layer probes of the PCA design. However, the differences become obvious by the connection wire techniques employed. In contrast to standard temperature probes, these temperature probes do not have welded-on connection wires but re fitted with pushed on and soldered connection clamps. The connection clamps are distinguished by an especially high directional stability and bending strength.
Probes of the PCKL design are completely, including the solder point, provided with an additional protection coating to be protected against dew formation and external influences. This makes them particularly suitable or the use of various probe designs in the "Heating, air conditioning and ventilation" industries.
All positive properties of the platinum temperature probes, such as standardized nominal values as per DIN EN 60 751, high long-term stability and good reproducibility of the electrical properties are, of course, also found in this design, thereby allowing universal usability and exchangeability.
