Beskrivning

The preferred use of the RTD temperature probes is temperature measurement in fluids and gasses. The RTD temperature probes comprise a protection fitting acc. to DIN 43 763 with various process connections, a connection head as well as a exchangeable measuring insert. The protection fitting is normally made of material 1.4571. Other materials are available for special applications.
All fittings are produced in accordance with the pressure vessel directive and subjected to a pressure and leak test. As standard, the measuring insert is normally fitted with a Pt 100 temperature probe as per DIN EN 60751, Class B in 2-wire circuitry; versions with two Pt 100 measuring circuits as well as 3- and 4-wire circuitries can also be supplied. For the transmission of measured values with standard signal 4 ... 20mA or via HART® interface, an analog or programmable transmitter can be installed.

Versions with pressure-resistant casing or intrinsic safety are available for temperature measurements in explosive areas. For documentation purposes, device parameters (measurement tolerance, material etc.) can be confirmed in works test certificates.

Push-in and screw-in RTD temperature probes with connection line and ATEX approval upon request.
