Beskrivning

In connection with suitable Wtrans probes, the Wtrans receiver is used for the mobile and stationary measurement of temperatures. The use of radio frequency (RF) technology (ISM band 868.4 MHz or 915 MHz) reduces installation costs significantly. Cables are no longer necessary and the radio-based temperature sensor technology also works in rough industrial environments. The supplied lambda/4 antenna with an impedance of 50 can be screwed on directly or mounted externally. If the recommended antenna wall mounting is used, the
maximum open air range is 300m. The measured values are converted within the receiver and made available directly at the terminals as analog and temperature-linear current or voltage signals (0(4) to 20mA, 0 to 10V). All outputs of the receiver are electrically isolated. A connection to superordinate systems, e. g. the plant visualization software JUMO SVS3000 or the Modbusmaster-capable paperless recorder JUMO LOGOSCREEN nt, is possible via the RS485
interface in the Modbus protocol.
Operation and configuration are possible via the keyboard and a two-line LCD or, more comfortable, via a setup program. Thus it is possible to configure parameters such as filter constants, offset, alarms as well as peak-reading-pointer (minimum and maximum value storage) separately for each channel. For this purpose, there is an interface at the front to connect the receiver with a PC, using a TTL/RS232 or USB/TTL converter.
The receiver is designed for mounting on DIN rail 35mm x 7.5mm to EN 60 715. The screw terminals for the electric connection are arranged on different levels.
