Kundnytta

  • Process reliable
    Parts in contact with the medium are made of stainless steel (other available options include NiMo alloy that is coated with Monel, titanium, or PTFE using a pressure separator). In combination with a front flush system optimum resistance, even with aggressive media, is offered. With a characteristic curve deviation of 0.05 %, the measuring device is highly precise and offers a very high long-term stability of <0.1 % per year. In the version with explosion protection "Ex d (flameproof enclosure)", the connection can be mounted to zone 0 and entire pressure transmitters can be mounted in zone 1.
  • Uncomplicated and time-saving
    The measuring device can be adjusted reliably and easily with a rotary knob on the device or with a convenient setup program.
    The device is equipped with both a HART interface and the JUMO setup interface.
    The rotary knob is operated from the outside without having to open the device.

  • Flexible
    The measuring device can be aligned in any mounting position for optimum readability, configuration, and electrical installation.
    Measurement properties can be adapted to all important applications (process pressure, filling level) and ambient conditions with adjustable parameters.

Beskrivning

The JUMO dTRANS p20 Ex d pressure transmitter with a HART® interface combines maximum precision with simple operation. It is used to measure the relative or absolute pressures of gases, vapors, and liquids. The integrated LCD shows the measured values and device data. The pressure transmitter with flameproof enclosure can be mounted in zone 0. Case and sensors are made of high-quality stainless steel. For operations with sanitary requirements different flush process connections are available. This includes the EHEDG certified PEKA connection system (see Data Sheet 409711).
It is also possible to connect pressure separators for special applications in the process technology industry (see data sheets 409772 to 409784).
The transmitter is programmable. As a result it is readily adaptable to a variety of different measurement tasks. A comfortable setup program is available as an accessory to operate the device through the interfaces. The manual operation on site is very comfortable and quick due to the rotary knob.
